Returns & Raplacements
After receipt of your order, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days with no explanation necessary. You can request instructions here. You will receive a confirmation ASAP, with instructions how to proceed. The products must still be in the original unopened packaging. Please bear in mind that you must cover the costs of the return shipment. Unstamped return shipments will not be accepted for processing. After receipt, the purchase price of the goods will be returned to you. We can also exchange the products. You can indicate this on the return form.

Ordering at KA Sail Windsurfing is quick and easy! Our order process consists of four simple steps where you tell us what you want. Your order will not be finalized until after your confirmation. You can change things around however you want first.
1. Select your items. Add an item by clicking on ‘in shopping cart’. If you want more than one of them, then modify the ‘quantity’. Have you changed your mind? Just click on the ‘waste basket’ to remove an item. Done shopping? Then click on ‘order’.
2. Fill in your address and delivery details
3. Choose your method of payment
4. Confirm your order. Is everything correct ? Then you can complete your order.
Pricing & Promotions
All prices are expressed in Euro, in accordance with the legal regulations, and include VAT. Special offers are only valid as long as the stock lasts. Transportation costs will be mentioned separately on the website before check-out. For customers outside the European Union, the price in the shopping cart will be exclusive of VAT.
Are the images of the items correct?
The images are a good representation of the products. Colours of images may deviate slightly from the items delivered. No rights can be derived from this.
Will I receive a confimation of my order?
After we have received your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This will include another summary of all of the order information. You did not received an email from us? Then please check that the confirmation has not ended up in the folder for unwanted mail or spam. If it has not, then please contact us.
Product related questions
There are two eyelets in my sail; which one should I use?
In general for all our sails the bottom eyelet will give you a little more control, and you will be able to sail in higher wind or more demanding choppy conditions. Using the lower eyelet allows the sail to open up and breathe a little more. Taller persons might find the top eyelet better and smaller persons might like the bottom eyelet better. In the end it all comes down to personal preference.
Can I use other mast brands in my KA Sail's?
Yes this is possible, but to ensure 100% performance we recommend the KA masts that the sails have been designed for. Go for constant curve masts and avoid hard top masts.
If I use the RDM camber conversion set for my KONCEPT or KA.RACE; what sizes do you recomment to try this on?
The Koncept sails are delivered standard with RDM cams on the 4.2 up to 5.0 sails; the 5.4 and up will be supplied with SDM cams but can be adapted with the conversion set. We have had good feedback up till the 7.5 sizes with RDM cams.
For the KA.RACE you will be able to use RDM over the whole range from 2017 onwards but we recommend not to use RDM on 8.7 and bigger.
I particularly like the extra stability that a camber sail gives me; should I choose Koncept or KARace?
KONCEPT is our long proven sail, loved by speed surfers, slalom racers and free ride surfers. Everything about the KONCEPT is easy. Rigging/de-rigging is a breeze with the 3 camber set-up and moderate width of the luff sleeve. The moderate luff curve makes it easy to downhaul.
KA.RACE has been designed for 100% racing. This means the skin tension and stability is higher, which achieves a little more luff curve, with 8 battens and 4 cambers. The lower aspect outline ensures power down low and heaps of acceleration. More progressive leach twist-off for top end conditions.
KONCEPT 2018 compared to 2019, what has changed apart from the sizing?
Despite the modest graphics update we decided to make, there have been some major changes in the KONCEPT for 2019 as compared to the 2018 KONCEPT. The KONCEPT range for 2019 can be sizewise characterised as SPEED vs SLALOM.
SPEED SPECIAL 4.7 – 5.7 WITH FREERIDE OPTION
We have totally redesigned the Speed sizes (4.7, 5.2, 5.7) which are now 4-cam sails with a real focus on downwind speed sailing. The bottom camber is however still adjustable, so it could be taken out if you want to use the sail for freeriding. The sleeve has been widened and more shape has been added in the bottom half of the sail. Also the twist in the KONCEPT Speed sizes has been optimised for downwind speed.
SLALOM SIZES 6.2 – 8.6
The larger sizes KONCEPT will have the 3 camber set-up as before (6.2, 6.6, 7.0, 7.8, 8.6). Here we have optimised the twist for a more all-round performance. On top of that, the sizing of KONCEPT has been tweaked throughout the range.
